How and when did you first become interested in Mixology?
At the age of 16 I already liked to look at bars in hotels and at the age of 18 I started in some events in the city of Fortaleza. Then, I went to some bars, cruises, countries, etc. I went through several countries and learned a lot about them.
What is your relationship with the Brazilian cocktail?
Nowadays, I am passionate about our Brazilian spirit behind bars. We don’t have the resources as we do in other countries, so we produce our own syrups, aprons, dosage style, incentive shots and more. We are rich in fruits, spices and forms of preparation. The Brazilian Bartender is a gift, kept in chests, about to win the world. The flavors in Brazil are unique!
What ingredient is perfect in any drink?
Certainly the lime. It works with everything! It is even the fundamental piece to balance different cocktails. The lime, caipirinha and Pitú were born for each other!

- 50ml of Pitú Cachaça;
- Orange, Tahiti lemon, Sicilian lemon, strawberries and drops of red fruit bitters;
- Cherry Maraschino with a pinch of syrup for the sunrise effect;
- 30ml of Pitú Cachaça;
- 30ml Red Vermouth;
- 5ml Wild Cherry Syrup;
- 3-4 drops of Angostura Bitters;
- Garnished with Sicilian lemon zests;
